AirQuest Card Game: An educational card game introducing primary and middle school students to the science of air pollution through interactive gameplay. Players will explore pollution sources, health impacts, weather conditions, and mitigation strategies while working collaboratively to improve air quality across fictional communities, encouraging systems thinking about how individual behaviour, urban planning, industry, transport, and agriculture collectively influence environmental health.
Case Study: A public health case study examining the relationship between seasonal crop residue burning in North India and respiratory health outcomes. Rather than attributing responsibility to individual farming communities, the case study will explore the structural factors that contribute to stubble burning, including agricultural economics, mechanisation constraints, harvesting cycles, and existing policy frameworks, while analysing their downstream effects on respiratory illness, hospital admissions, and community health.
Research Paper: An independent impact evaluation examining whether portable air purifiers improve student health and learning outcomes in partner schools. Using pre and post intervention survey data, the research will analyse changes in students' self reported respiratory symptoms, concentration, classroom comfort, wellbeing, and attendance.
